Dean went above and beyond to fix a fault with our combi boiler, which meant that we'd had no heating or hot water for 2 days. He fitted us into his already full working schedule, bringing a part with him just in case, which happened to be exactly what was needed. Have used Dean for years to service our boiler and for other plumbing repairs, and always been happy with the work. And he's a nice guy too! Would definitely recommend.
