Project Management Fees
We encourage clients to source their own materials and carry out their own price comparison. If you require us to recommend/purchase materials, we will supply all receipts with an additional 15% project management fee payable to Ross Heating Ltd. Payment for materials is required up front to facilitate purchase of materials.
Boiler and Central Heating Installations
We wish you our customer to have the best system for your home. During a 1-hour free on-site consultation we will provide some initial recommendations. If you are happy with our suggestions the next step is for us to design a new system accordingly. For complete refurbishments and new extensions we can work with your architect, builders and electricians to design the best layout. We can provide options to suit your budget. Those options might involve underground pipework or moving and installing boilers for optimal water pressure (all these considerations to be discussed).
There are no hidden fees and we will provide a complete breakdown of costs to suit your budget. We charge £100 per hour for consultancy (excluding the first hour) and installations will be charged out at our daily rate of £300.
We can work from builders’ plans but under our agreement, Ross Heating will only be responsible for the installation of the system.
Payment Terms
Boiler services and landlord certificates will be invoiced upon completion with payment required within 7 days of receipt of invoice.
All other fees to be paid as per invoice terms. We are a small business and request that all materials are paid for up-front or directly with the merchant. All labour will be charged on completion of the job.
